Ryan joined Abundance Wealth Counselors in March 2022 as Chief Operating Officer, inspired by a longstanding relationship with CEO Jamie Felker. They bonded over leadership, organizational health, and continuous learning, making his move feel like a natural next step. Previously, he was COO at EnergyCAP, a software firm in the energy sector. Transitioning to financial services was a pivot, but his passion for finance and investing has always guided his career decisions. He believes the best career moves are strategic, grounded in relationships, self-awareness, and energy.
His core purpose is to help others realize their potential, both in awareness and achievement. He founded The Abundance Experience to empower the next generation through real work experience, fostering growth for students, our team, and the organization. He personally leads and facilitates weekly sessions, teaches on AI and business strategy, and supports students and mentors through challenges.
His journey with AI began as a curiosity but evolved into a collaborative tool that sparks ideas and innovation.
He holds a B.S. from Penn State and an MBA from Villanova. Outside work, he’s a father of five, a swim coach, and a sports enthusiast, committed to balancing professional growth with family life.
