  • No. The Experience is intentionally designed to be more immersive, developmental, and challenging than a typical internship. Students are expected to think critically, take initiative, collaborate, and grow throughout the program.

  • Participants will contribute to executive-sponsored projects involving innovation, problem-solving, business strategy, operations, AI-assisted workflows, research, process improvement, communication, and other meaningful initiatives that support the firm’s mission.

  • Participants will work closely with another student throughout the Experience, along with mentors, project leaders, and members of the Abundance team. Collaboration, communication, and teamwork are important parts of the program.

  • This internship is available for any applicant regardless of their university affiliation. We encourage students to contact their college‘s internship office to learn more about the requirements for receiving credit for an internship.   • The Experience is primarily on-site at Abundance Wealth Counselors headquarters in State College, Pennsylvania.

  • We are seeking participants who are actively enrolled in courses to dedicate approximately 20 hours per week. For those who can fully commit to the experience, we are looking for around 30 hours per week. This time will encompass structured sessions, project work, mentorship, collaboration, and independent learning., we are looking for approximately 30 hours per week.   • The Abundance Experience is divided into three sessions: fall, spring, and summer internships. At the end of each session, there will be a handoff in which one group of catalysts will pass the baton to the next.
